I'm sort of easy going and laid back person, Covid is almost over, but still I only can live with roommate who likes meticulously clean.

Minimum stay - 5days
Month-to-Month.
Utility is included.

Monthly = $1050
Weekly = $400
Daily (5 days min) = $60

And student discount available.
