Room with a private bathroom for rent

The room has a private bathroom, big windows looking towards the Manhattan skylines, AC, closet. There are three other roommates, pretty chill, friendly, we respect each other's space and we are outside most of the day. The kitchen has a dish washing machine, a microwave, oven and a big fridge. No laundry in the building, but there is one 1 min on walk, very cheap, fast and practical. The apartment is 6 mins from the J train, and 12 mins from the L train (a nice walk with trees and bars). I prefer a roommate who doesn't smoke indoors since the smoke will come to my room and who is quiet after midnight and in the early morning. You can have friends or partners visiting you, but I'd rather have sleepovers limited (once in a while). I'm ok with pets, as long as they don't bark at night. The neighborhood is chill and pretty (it's Bushwick after all). If you don't have a credit score, you can apply with guarantors. Bills are split among the 4 of us.

I'd prefer someone rather quiet, since the walls are thin. And we have a no-smoke policy, since the smell will come to my room and linger there.
