Cozy room with exposed brick wall in a house with a basement! The room has a large window and closet. The house has two living rooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and laundry in the building. Desk and chair included!

The basement is honestly the reason I moved in, it is very cozy with a VERY large TV--perfect for movie nights and hangouts.

The roommates are very laid-back people who all get along! :) They are also gone fairly often so I often have the place to myself.

The location is excellent with bars and restaurants a short walk away and the M line visible from the window. Maria Hernadez Park is also nearby--beautiful and lively!

The move-in date is flexible but move-out is less so (April 14th, as one of the current roommates is set to take this room).
