The unit is shared with Emma (she/her, age 30) and Kelly (she/her, age 28) and Sammy (male cat, age 5-ish). Emma is a content creator and is also a part-time student at CUNY School of Professional Studies working towards a degree in Disability Studies. Kelly works full-time as a graphic designer and plays bass in a band called Bad Humors. The cat (Sammy) belongs to Kelly and is extremely mellow and friendly.

Someone that is a good fit for this unit must be okay living with a Cat in the apartment, is clean, respecful, friendly, a good communicator, and pays their share of the bills on time.

Must have good credit and income is at least 2x the rent. Guarantors are welcome if needed.
