simple and peaceful, centrally located in bushwick. room is fresh and airy, with west-facing windows overlooking a backyard garden and fig trees. the space is accessed through a private entrance into a shared kitchen and bathroom. i am a freelance scenic artist, male, and my living space is partitioned from the rest of the unit, on the other side of the building and has it's own entrance. my time in the shared kitchen and bathroom is minimal, so it truly feels like the guest has their own, private apartment. this is the 2nd floor in a 3 story walk up and is 2 blocks from the dekalb L train and the Knickerbocker M, 2 blocks from Maria hernandez park and everything bushwick has to offer.
