My name is giulia and I am subletting a cute cozy FULLY FURNISHED room for $1000/month (utilities included) in our 4 bedroom apartment in the heart of Bushwick. Move in date april 1st (or earlier) The room comes as pictured - with a bed frame and mattress, dresser, hanging rack, bedside stable, rug, lamp and beautiful artwork (no plants). $1000 deposit required.

This cozy little room is perfect for someone who is busy and needs a peaceful place to crash at the end of the day in a cute apartment with kind and respectful roommates.

Our shared spaces are the kitchen and bathroom (we don’t have a living room) and it is EXTREMELY important that you be very very very clean, and that you respect the space and the other people living in it.
