Hi folks, my roommate is moving in with her partner and is looking for someone to sublet her room from either 5/15 or 6/1 with the intention of that person signing onto a new lease with me (Nicole) on 8/1!
Rent for the room is $1500 + utilities. The apartment is a 2 bedroom in Bushwick (a 7 minute walk from the L/M at Myrtle-Wyckoff), has central AC/heat and a dishwasher. The building has laundry in the basement, a furnished roof, and is a 10 minute walk from Maria Hernandez Park.
About Nicole: 31 year old she/they lesbian (I would prefer to live with another queer person however I am open to living with a solid ally as well). I work in public health and mostly work from home. I have a small dog (Harper) who is great with people, but she gets anxious around other animals so I cannot add any other pets to the apartment, sorry! Must be friendly.
