Large Furnished Bedroom Duplex w/Walk-in Closet

Looking to find a temporary roommate starting on June 1st. The room is available now so if you need it sooner we could work out something. It's available until the end of August, but could be extended depending on when my roommate needs the room again. You'd be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. Electricity is separate from rent and is usually around $120/each when we're running air conditioning. All other utilities are included. We're a short walk to the J train; getting into the city takes about 20-25 min. Only 1 person can occupy the room. No pets allowed. No smoking in the apartment.
