2 Rooms Available July 15 (Ridgewood/Bushwick)

*Not a sublet* We're looking for co-signers to our new lease which would run from July 15, 2024 to July 14, 2025.

About the rooms:

Room 1: One of the largest bedrooms in the apartment, but gets less sunlight. Can fit a queen size bed.

Room 2: Street-facing room. Can also fit a queen size bed.

Rent will be $868, utilities included. There's a $2.95 processing fee for the management service that we use to pay rent. We also pay $12/month each for internet. So everything included you'll be paying $882.95/month for living expenses. Rent is due on the first of the month, as it takes some time for our payments to go through the online system to the landlord. So, for example, for the August 15 - September 14 term, we'd send rent on Aug 1. For the September 15 - October 14 term, we'd send rent on Sept. 1.

About the apartment:
This is a first floor 5 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. 7-minute walk to Myrtle Wyckoff L/M and 6 minute walk to Seneca M. Roommates are working professionals in different creative fields. Great people. Currently there are 2 men and 1 woman. It's a super chill and friendly atmosphere and we want to keep it that way!

Amenities:
In-unit laundry & dishwasher + rooftop !! There is a backyard but our unit does not have access to it.
