Looking for Roommate(s) for renovated BK Home

My current roommates and I are looking for someone to share a house with.

We have 1 room in a 5br 3 full bath house in Canarsie available (1 blocks from the L train)

Floor Plan:
Basement - 1 room (female occupied) 1 full bath, washer & dryer, and access to backyard
1st floor - 2 bedrooms (one available) 1 full bath 1 full kitchen (marble floor granite counters), living room
2nd floor - same as first floor

We are currently looking for roommates for the rooms on the 1st floor. Rent is $800.

House is fully renovated, hardwood floors, new bathrooms, washer dryer, and kitchen will have brand new appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge, etc.) installed before move in,
