This is a Sub level room for rent in a house with Private Bathroom and Kitchen. I sleep and use the kitchen and bathroom upstairs this is almost like you have your own apt as I only in the apt 1x bi weekly during day hours as i use front area as storqge. The room size is approximately 7ft X 14 feet. Must be non smoking and be able to provide Backround check. 1 months rent plus 1 months Security. Room is for Single person no kids or couples.
