Gorgeous open layout carroll gardens apartment

Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment in Carroll Gardens. The room fits a queen size bed and dresser and a great size closet with a large window providing great natural light. The main living area is an open floor plan, my roommate is taking most of the furniture but I plan on buying new furniture but if you have any anything let me know. Heat and hot water are included but we will split the WiFi and electric (comes out to $50-60 a month)

I have been living here for 2 years and I am looking for someone to take over my roommates lease when they leave. I love the area with shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. There is a laundromat at the end of the block. It is just blocks away from either the Carroll street or Smith 9th Street F/G.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean and laid back but also has a good time. Someone who will join for a wine night and movie or go to a local bar.
