My name is Lisa and I have lived in Carroll Gardens for years. My roommate is moving out on 4/1 and I have a spare room. It's a large room sun drenched room with two big windows. The room is not furnished and will be empty. The apartment is two blocks from the F/G Carroll stop and 3 blocks from Union St N/R/Q train. It's about a 10 min train ride to lower Manhattan.
