Beautiful Carroll Gardens room

For AUGUST 1st, I?m looking for a roommate for a lovely Carroll Gardens two bedroom floor through! The room, $ 1825/month; 1st & security required, is LARGE and has an attached private office. The office makes the share ideal for a student or someone who works from home. My current roommate-who utilized the office as a grad student- is only leaving because she?s moving in with her boyfriend.
This is the nicest apartment I?ve lived in during my nearly 20 years in New York.
More details; a dishwasher! No laundry but the ground floor is a laundromat! A two flight walk-up. A wonderful neighborhood?down the block from Lucali, same block as a famous, great bakery?and only 3 blocks from the Carroll St F/G station.
I work and when I?m home I?m pretty low key?cooking w CSA or Coop foods, reading, tending to plants, watching British television, etc. EDIT: That last photo is the ROOF DECK!!
