Room in a Beautiful Carroll Gardens Apartment

Hi! I'm looking for someone to rent one room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Carroll Gardens starting November 2 and lasting until the end of the lease, through June 30, 2020. The room itself has a sliding door closet, very large window, and exposed brick wall. The bed pictured is a full, the room could probably fit a queen, and I fit a large dresser and a bookshelf with space to spare. Washer/drier is in unit and we have new appliances (including a dishwasher) and a back patio/outdoor area that only our apartment can access.
The apartment is on the first floor and located a block away from the F/G, right by lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and convenience stores. There's a small park a few blocks away and we're located close-ish to Prospect Park, as well. I've loved this apartment and this neighborhood, and have been here for over a year, so I'm happy to answer any questions!
Your roommates would be two girls in their mid-20s, both full-time journalists/writers who work in the city. My roommate has a large dog (he's big, but he's friendly!) so you must be OK with living with dogs.
Rent is $1,508.33 plus utilities.
