Newly Renovated Apartment in Carroll Gardens

This is a newly renovated space with a washer, dryer and dishwasher IN UNIT :) a rare gem in New York City! All kitchen appliances were updated in 2017 before we moved in. While we don't have a living room that's separate from the kitchen, we describe it as our cozy kitchen with our pink couch that gives it Monica and Rachel from Friends apartment vibes. We've loved living here for the past few years between the 3 min walk to the F train at Carroll Stop, the amenities in unit and the personal decor touches we've added to the place to make it our own.

We're two young professionals working in the media and event planning industry who both enjoy exploring the beautiful neighborhood of Carroll Gardens.. We both share a common appreciation for astrology, the latest chick flick, and apartment decor :) We're looking for someone that's clean, considerate and kind.
