About the apartment - it’s awesome! Rent stable at 1350, pet friendly, washer and dryer, dishwasher, roof access with an amaaazing view that no one else uses - so it’s like a private roof. 1.5 baths so you’ll have your own sink and toilet (if you prefer). Nice neighbors and landlord. Looking for another female. 639 hicks street, 11231.
Move in dates are flexible. You will be taking over my lease which ends 4.30.2021. Prefer someone who can move in feb. flexible.
