Open Room

Hi, we are looking for a new roommate to move in to our 3 bedroom apartment. We live in the heart of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, just a few mins walk away from the G/F train stops. The apartment currently has two female occupants, and while we would prefer a female, we are open to all moving in. We are clean(regular cleaning schedule), tidy, and pretty easygoing. We are light drinkers and non-smokers. We currently WFH, so have been cooking more than we usually do, and on occasion, baking. We also are pretty diligent about social distancing and hope you are too. The apartment has a dishwasher, and all of our other appliances are fairly new. We get tons of sunlight in all rooms except for the bathroom. On one side we are facing backyards so there are tons of trees. While there is no laundry in unit, the laundromat is very close, less than a minute away. In fact, most things are pretty close in terms of pharmacy, banks, small parks, spaces for creatives, and fun recreational places (brooklyn boulders, gotham archery, brooklyn bridge park are all about a 15 min walk away). It is not too noisy, even though we live in a busy area with tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Also, there is a bit of flexibility with the moving in dates as well.
