Homey 3 BR/1BA apartment, looking to fill two bedrooms located on the third (top) floor of a brownstone. The first room will be available 7/1 and has AMAZING light with a large window with access to the shared fire escape leading up to the roof. The second, larger room, is $1,050/ month. It also has amazing light and will become available on 8/1. If you would like photos of the larger 2nd room, please let me know as I am happy to send them directly!

I am looking for two female roommates, preferably in their 30s and late 20s, to sign a new 10-month lease in this lovely place with me. I work from home full-time, but may be transitioning back to in-person soon. As for the apartment, I am sad to see my former roommates leave, but excited to welcome you! We cultivated a relaxing space, keeping the shared spaces clean, and being considerate of one another. We also use a cleaning lady once a month to keep the shared spaces clean!

This space is in an amazing location: near the famous Buttermilk Channel, and a short walk to the Smith-9th St. F/G stop. There's a laundromat less than one block away.
