We are willing to leave the room mostly furnished, as our other roommate is moving in with his fiancé. (Includes bed frame, mattress? dresser, and shelving unit pictured between windows)

Alex is a designer & architect with a fun loving bubbly personality. Likes podcasts, good music and better food.
Simone (me) is a full time coffee professional doing both roasting and cafe management. Heyy perks ;-)

We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and are being cautious about Covid guidelines. Alex works from home & I am between home work and the occasional trip into Manhattan.
Our landlord is amazing! She’s readily available at all times, and is so sweet. Willing to have conversations with you about any problems you might have. She has also agreed to stabilize the rent for at least two years.
