2-Bedroom Apt. in Carrol Gardens

My name is Alex, I'm a singer who works as a personal assistant to a fashion designer in Manhattan and I have a room available in my apartment that my roommate is about to move out of. Carrol Gardens is a really nice neighborhood and the apartment is within a block of a subway station, laundromat, convenience stores, several restaurants, and just a few blocks away from a CVS and a few grocery stores.

As for me as a roommate, though I am a singer I promise you won't ever hear me practicing, not even in the shower, as I am shy enough to wait till you're not home! My M. O. as a roommate is just to mind my own business but if you wanted to hang out all you'd have to do is ask! I work 40 hours a week and I'm gone most days from 8am to 7pm and I clean up after myself as I go.
