Sunny room in Carroll Gardens, Bklyn

Hi, we are looking for someone to take over the lease of our current roommate who is moving out at the end of July. The apartment is a sunny 3 Bedroom, with the 2 other rooms occupied by myself and another woman in her late 20s. We live in a lovely neighborhood filled with cute markets and shops, close to the F/G trains, and 20 min walk from Brooklyn Bridge Park. The apartment has a dishwasher and new appliances. There is no in-unit washer/dryer, but the laundromat we use is just a block away. We keep the apartment very clean and tidy as we tend to treat our space as a place to escape the city. The noise levels are low during the weekdays, and in general the apartment has a pretty chill vibe. It is a no smoking apartment. We have a couple of plants, but no pets are allowed in the apartment.
