1 br available in a spacious 2 br apt in clinton hill. I am leaving the city and will need some one to fill the room in my absence. My current roommate is an MFA candidate at Pratt Institute and working days without class. He is rarely home. The space is clean and has new appliances (fridge, oven). There are 2 windows in the room for rent and twin bed if needed and large closet space. Hard wood floors.
