Large room for rent in Clinton Hill 2-bedroom

About this listing: Approximately 10' x 14' bedroom for rent in 2-bedroom apartment. Room has two windows and large closet. Other bedroom (mine) is on the opposite side of the apartment. Ceilings are over 9 feet. There is a full-size fridge & stove within the kitchen (toaster oven & blender too!). Bathroom has an old-school tub/shower. Coat closet in the hallway is shared. Utilities (elec., gas, internet) will be split evenly between us, in addition to the monthly rent. Apartment is on fifth floor of an elevator building, facing the street (but still pretty darn quiet). The building is one block from the Clinton-Washington stop on the C-train. There is a live-in super, who is super nice ;-)

About this lister: Architect. Nice guy. Quiet but funny. Work hard (normal bedtime schedule). Love watching sports when possible. Like to take it easy when at home. Love hip-hop (not country). I enjoy Martini's and Manhattans when not drinking Anchor Steam. Can talk about cameras longer than you might imagine. I am planning to move in a few months, thus the short term.

Rental requirements: No smoking. No illegal drugs. Friends are welcome but definitely no ragers. You will need to provide 1st month's rent up front, as well as 1 month's security deposit. No dogs, no cats, no birds, etc. - building's rule, not mine :(
