Furnished room in 3 bdrm, 3 bath apt (2 floors)

There's a third bedroom we'd like to fill in our apartment. Our lease ends in April 2021 and ideally we'd find someone to stay until then.

The apartment is huge. Two floors, big living room, big kitchen, the bedrooms are on the second floor. There are three bathrooms, which comes in handy. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment.

We're clean, quiet, 9 to 5 professionals. One male, one female.

Note, it's a three-floor walk-up so in addition to sharing in good conversation and good food when we're all around at the same time, we guarantee you'll get your steps in.
