The street itself is calm and lined with trees with a good night life right around the corner (literally). It's a good mix of families and young professionals. There is a laundromat less than a block away. The building is a townhouse with a young family on the first floor and a young single tenant on the third floor. The landlord is super responsive, helpful, and really nice.
