I?m looking for someone to take over my roommate?s lease on Aug 1. It?s a private room and private bath. The living room is already furnished and there are plenty of kitchen supplies. The building has a laundry room, rooftop, exercise room, package room, etc. I like to cook and keep the wine shelf full. I do smoke for a chronic pain condition but no tobacco.
