Discount Large Condo Loft Share

I own a large (1,400sf) condo loft live/work unit, and I also own a wine bar (#66winebar) on the ground floor of the same building.

I have four small businesses and I need someone who can help out as needed for 4-5 hours per week maximum. On occasion I need help in the wine bar, but that is not included in the rental arrangement and therefore not required; it would be extra, paid separately at $10/hr. I don't use males as servers so female is strongly preferred for my assistant/roommate.

I'm located next to the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Steiner Film and TV Studios in Clinton Hill. My offer is a share of the space with only me (no third person). If you're interested we should first talk on the phone and if it seems like a good fit then you can come check it out and we can meet.
