Clinton Hill Nov 1st Sublease - 6+ Months

Hi! I'm looking for a subleaser in my Clinton Hill duplex starting November 1-- move in date can be flexible. Sublease is for at least 6 months with the ability to extend further until the lease ends July 31. Preference will be given to those that can move in Nov 1 and are interested in a longer term sublease.

The apt is a 4 BR/1.5 BA duplex in prime Clinton Hill--
- 4 min to Classon G / 5 min to Clinton-Washington G
- 6 min to Clinton-Washington C
- 2 min walk to B38, B52, B48 bus stops
- 7 min walk to Key Foods
- Surrounded by bars/restaurants (Speedy Romeo, Mekelburg's, Clementine Bakery, Dynaco) and beautiful brownstones

The apt is flooded with natural light and has plenty of storage space. Your room comes unfurnished and is located on the basement level-- it has a window and a closet, and the basement level has a private entrance. The room itself fits a queen size bed, dresser, and desk. You'll share a half bathroom with one other person and will also have in-unit laundry(!!), a dishwasher, and central AC. You'll share the shower in the bathroom upstairs with the other tenants. Rent is $1100/mo and utilities are usually around $50-100/mo. 1 month's rent and security deposit will be due at move in ($2200 total).

You'll be joining a group of 3 women in their early to mid 20s who are all very clean (esp in the kitchen/bathroom!), respectful, mature, and responsible. Likewise, you should share the same traits :) They work 9-5 and occasionally some of them work from home. Ideally, you'd be in your mid to late 20s with a similar work schedule.
