Room in Clinton Hill

Hello! We are looking for a fourth female roommate to replace one of our current tenants who lives on the basement floor in Brooklyn. Pictures are attached below for size reference. You will also have access to two living room spaces on two floors? the ground floor has a dining room, sofa, and kitchen and the basement floor will eventually be furnished upon decisions made by you and our other 3 tenants. Our place is on Myrtle Avenue right next to Pratt in Clinton Hill, about a 10-15 minute busride to downtown Brooklyn which gives you access to the BDNQRW trains at the Dekalb Ave stop and ACFNRW trains at the Jay Street Metrotech stop. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the G train.

Rent is $875 without utilities.

Dates for move in are 10/19-11/1 and we are urgently looking for a new roommate. Please feel free to share and to reach out for more information if you have any questions.
