Small sunny room in a creative home!

One small sunny south-facing room is opening up in our lovely 4 bedroom apartment for November 1st, with flexibility to move in in the end of October. Come be a part of our home as we nestle into the autumnal months! We live in a gorgeous location, with coffeeshops, bars and restaurants a stones throw away. We are a LGBTQ+ and artist friendly home, and we value community and cleanliness in our home.

Accessibility: We live on the 4th floor, with only stairs to access the apartment.

Nearest subway stop is Classon Av (G) less than 5min walk, and Franklin (C) a 10 min walk.

A bit about us:

Abbey, she/her (26), works at a non-profit with a 9-5 schedule, has a lovely cat named Max, loves to drink wine, and is originally from Colorado.

Kendall, they/them, (27), is a musician & composer also from Colorado who has just moved to Brooklyn from a masters course in London. They currently work as a barista, and loves to cook and spend time in nature.

Neda, she/her (30), is a production assistant with a varied schedule, and loves to surf in her spare time. She is also quite handy around the house!
