GREAT location if you jump between meetings at Our Lady at St. Carmel in Williamsburg and No Serenity in Crown Heights. 15 min walk to Brooklyn Artist?s in Recovery (BAIR) at PRATT. Rent is $1400 + $100 max utilities. Will come unfurnished. 6 month or 1 year lease options. Preferably looking for someone with 1+ of sobriety. I just hit a year Monday. Thanks!!
