Cozy Room Sublet in Clinton Hill Behind Pratt

This cozy room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is great for young professionals or students. This sublet goes until August 2020, with the possibility to renew.

Rent is $845 per month. Move in is first month and security deposit. Our kitchen is fully equipped and rent includes heat and water. Utilities are around $40-$50 per month, and includes Electricity and WiFi.

We?re in a great area with both the G and bus stops less than a minute away. The C train Fulton stop is a 10 minute walk. Walking distance to Pratt, 4 stops away from NYU Brooklyn, and 25 minutes from NYU Manhattan. It?s incredibly convenient as we have grocery stores, laundry, restaurants, and cafes all on our street.

You?ll be sharing the apartment with two female young professionals. We work a lot, and aren?t around much. We are preferably looking for another young professional female, but are open to anyone who is clean and considerate! We?re ok with guests, just let us know beforehand. Also, our landlord is great and attentive!

Disclosure: This room is railroad style, but the connected room has a separate entrance so the French doors are sealed off and never opened.
