My roommate is moving out at the end of May, so I am looking for a new roommate to renew the lease on a 2 bedroom / 1 bath in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
The Place:
The place is fantastic and just a few blocks from the Barclay Center. There is an A/C train on the street corner, and Q/R/N close by, as well. 2nd floor with elevator - laundry in building!
Large living area/kitchen already furnished with a large couch, chair, table, tv, etc. HUGE private terrace nearly the same size as the entire apartment. Furnished with some outdoor chairs/table/hammock. Have not seen another place in this price range with even half as nice of an outdoor space!
Great large and modern bathroom.
Available bedroom comfortably fits Queen size bed. Ample closet space and nice large window.
About Me:
I am a 28 year old male from Pittsburgh, PA. I have only been in NYC for just over a year - and spend the bulk of my time working, watching sports, hanging out with friends, or just hanging out watching Netflix. I work in sales in the Flatiron area, and typically work in the city M-F. I'm pretty laid back, just looking for someone I can get along with.
Ideal Roommate:
Looking for someone fairly similar in age with somewhat similar interests. Ideally someone to hang out with, but also with respect to alone time. Clean and respectful of the common areas. Fine with most pets, and do not believe there is an additional fee.
