- Beginning now until the beginning of August, the room is open to subleasing. After August 8th, you are more than welcome to jump onto a year-long lease if you wish to continue.

- The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and the cost of Wi-Fi and utilities are shared with the roommates.

- Laundry and dryer are in the basement (card accepted, not coins phew!)

- 4min walk to Pratt Main campus (just 1 block away)

- and 5 min walk to the closes subway (G - Clinton Washington stop) or you can catch the trains from Atlantic Ave - Barclays Center.

- 15-ish min ride into downtown (super helpful)
