We're looking to fill two rooms in our sun-filled Brooklyn home by November 1st. Located where Bedstuy meets Clinton Hill, on Myrtle Ave, just a 8 min walk to the G train. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath (looking for the second and third roommates).
The large queen rooms have built in closets.
We have a full size backyard and grill. We also have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the house.
Rent is $1500, and we will need the first month's rent and a security deposit for move-in. This is a month-to-month sublease. We're looking for someone to stay at least until December if possible.
Current roommate is a final year student at Pratt and is super sweet and super clean!
