Small Bedroom Next to Fort Green Park & Pratt

The apartment locates at the corner of Myrtle Ave and Washington Ave. This room locates on the third floor with a window facing East. You will share a bathroom with me and one other roommate. There will be a monthly utility fee of 70 which includes internet, electricity, gas, toilet paper, paper towel, recycling trash bags, and dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies like Swiffer sweeper. There are no washer and drier in the building so you will have to go across the street to the laundromat mat. Additional storage is available in the hallway space where shelving has been set up.

The two of us just graduated from the Pratt Institute School of architecture and planning to enter into the profession. We are clean, creative, and quiet people. If you are clean, introverted, and creative like us. You will find a home with us.
