Spacious Loft-Style Bedroom in Clinton Hill!

Hey there,

I’m looking for someone to take a spacious unfurnished room in a 3-bedroom loft-style apartment starting February 1, 2021 (earlier move in available!). The apartment itself is very spacious with super-high ceilings, nice kitchen & bathroom.
The building has a laundromat in the basement, and a very cool rooftop.
The place is right by Pratt Institute, 3 minutes to the G train Classon ave stop, 1 min to B38 bus that’ll take you to Dekalb Ave (B/Q/R), Nevins St (2/3/4/5) station in 10-15 min. It takes me 25 min to get to Downtown Manhattan. 10 min walk to Fort Greene Park, Prospect Park is relatively close too.
The neighborhood is very safe, there is a police station right on the corner of the street. A lot of great places to eat around here, and, of course, Blick art supplies store, if you are an artist (I get lost there for hours all the time :P)
About us: I am a full-time video director, my husband is a medical technician and our other roommate is a comedian. We work both from home and on location these days. We are super chill, clean, and respectful of each other’s space.
I have no problem with you bringing your friends over, as long as it doesn’t get too crazy. No pets (sorry). Couples are welcome!

The rent is $1100/month + utilities (they usually come up to about $50/month). If you like the place and we feel like it’s a good fit after we meet, I require a one-month deposit + first month’s rent.
