As for the neighborhood, there are plenty of restaurants and bars just a stones throw from the front door. 5 minute walk from the Classon Ave stop on the G line. Several supermarkets within walking distance.

The room is available starting September 1 and the roommate replacing me would be added to the lease which runs through April, 2022, pending landlord approval.
