Room with Private Bath in Clinton Hill Apartment

Hi! My roommate and I are currently looking to fill a bedroom in our bright, spacious 3/bed 3/bath apartment. The room can fit a queen, and you’ll have your own bathroom off the hallway. We’re in an amazing location- the apartment is located in Clinton Hill a block from the C train. There’s a grocery store across the street, and the laundromat is on the next block. It’s a 15 minute walk to Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park and a short 20 minute commute to Lower Manhattan. You’ll have two fun, clean, respectful female roommates in their late 20s (one being me).

Rent is $1350/month, and utilities are not included. The room is available March 1. Room can come furnished or unfurnished (our roommate is looking to sell her furniture). Message me for details/a tour of the place! Females only please :)
