Looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bed/2bath apartment located on a quiet tree lined street, just off the Fulton corridor in the Historic Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The entire apartment is flooded with ambient lighting, comes equipped with a shared furnished living room and kitchen with up-to-date appliances, and central heating and A/C. The building amenities include a gracious gym on the main floor, laundry room, secured package room, bike storage room, game room, rooftop patio and a virtual doorman.

I am looking for someone likeminded who is also clean, neat, and has great communication skills. I work in Media and spend a lot of time either working or staying active outdoors.

I am looking for a 12 month lease but possibly open to less.
