Seeking a 3rd roommate to fill an immediate vacancy in a 3BR apartment located in the heart of beautiful Cobble Hill. All utilities (except cable) are included in the monthly rent. Additional details below:

Rental Details:

- Room to include bed and dresser

- Shared Living Room, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom

- Monthly rent: $1200

- Due at move-in: $1200 for first month rent + $1200 for security deposit

- $250 application fee ($200 refundable if application not accepted)
o This will be handled through the leasing company. I am happy to help facilitate the process with the landlord

- All utilities except cable are included in rent
