We're in the market for two great roommates to join us in our new, fully furnished apartment. Could they be you?

We just moved into a sunny duplex (top two floors) in Cobble Hill. There are 4 rooms - my sister and I live in two of them. The master bedroom has lovely moulding and a brick-lined design. It has three great windows facing our tree lined street, a private bathroom with a tub and new shower nozzle, a private laundry room with separate washer and dryer, and a big closet. The downstairs bedroom is huge with two very high windows, a gorgeous fireplace (I wish it worked!), lovely moulding as well, and a great closet. The downstairs roommate would share a bathroom with my sister and I (the pink one in the photos!). Both rooms are fully furnished with full sized beds, comfy sheets, pillows, and quilts, air conditioners, curtains, a very comfy chair, a table, a small bedside table, and a cute lamp.

In other news, we have a HUGE DECK! It is so nice to eat breakfast out there or have a few friends over in the evening. We're planning to start a little garden out there too. We have a kitchen/living room with a comfy couch, and a little sunroom with a chaise and lots of books. We also have our own personal stoop.

Trader Joes is two blocks away for the TJs addicts like me, and Cobble Hill Park 2 blocks away is a dream. And Cobble Hill Cinema, a few blocks away, has $9 matinees! Coffee, CVS, laundry, banks, cool bars, restaurants, bagel shops, flower shops, clothing stores, everything you could possibly need at your fingertips! And the best part: F and G train 3 blocks away, 4,5,2,3, Q, A trains are all a 6-10 minute walk.
