One bedroom available in walk-up in Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens brownstone, a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is about seven minutes from the F/G and about fifteen minutes from the A/C, 2/3 and R trains. The utilities (electric, gas, internet) are reasonable.

The bedroom is large -- about 12 x 13 and has a covered fireplace with a mantle. It is gorgeous, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a shared living room and dining room space with a large (for NYC) kitchen. We just ordered new living room furniture, so that area is about to have a makeover!

You would share the apartment with a couple - 33 yo woman and 34 yo guy. We like to read, run, and spend time with family and friends. We are pretty quiet, and work a lot. Please let me know if you have any questions. We can show the apartment Monday, 11/20, 11/21 after 7 pm, 11/22 after 5 pm. We are also available all day on Friday, 11/24.
