Sunny Room in Spacious Cobble Hill Apt

I'm looking for someone to move into a room in my 2BR Cobble Hill, Brooklyn apartment. My roommate is moving out to her own place. The room is available April 15 or May 1.

I'm looking for someone to stay until my lease ends at the end of May 2020, but I'm willing to consider a mid-length term as well (6 mos. minimum).

The room is approximately 10'-5" x 11'-0" and has a window with northern exposure and built in closet. You can fit a full or queen bed, dresser, a small bookshelf and/or small desk. The rest of the apartment includes a sunny living room, shared bathroom (with shower/tub), and eat-in kitchen. Building is quiet, landlord is nice and quick to make repairs, and laundry is in the basement. The rest of the apartment is furnished, including a kitchen loaded with gadgets, and storage shelving in our hallway, both of which I'm happy to share.

I'm looking for someone chill and friendly. I have no preference for gender, but I just ask that you be clean and respectful. We don't have to be besties, but it would be nice if we could occasionally chat, share a meal or watch Netflix together. No couples, smokers, long-term overnight guests, or pets please.

Neighborhood: we are located in the Cobble Hill area of Brooklyn, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes, shopping, and other amenities including two movie theaters, Trader Joe's, Union Market, several gyms, and various subway lines. The apartment is 1-2 mins walking from the F/G train at Bergen St and 10-15 mins walking from A/C/R at Jay St or 2/3/4/5 at Borough Hall. The commute to Wall Street is 15 mins and you can be in midtown in about 45 mins.

The photos show the room as it was sent up by my last roommate, but my current roommate's stuff is in there now.

Due upon move-in:
$1,300 - security deposit
$1,300 - first full month's rent
$650 - 1/2 month rent (if moving in on April 15 only)
