Perfect for people working in the financial district (my commute is 20 min door to door) with Brooklyn quality of life. Also walking distance to downtown BK courthouses, offices etc. Two blocks from Trader Joe's, same block as two gyms, lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, activities around.
