I am a professional who is looking to share a two bedroom apartment in Coney Island. I have a lovely room with a view of the ocean for the appropriate person to enjoy. It is a warm and friendly space and extremely clean. I am looking for a person who can respect quiet times and other people's personal property. Having guests over is not an issue, but please respect the shared spaces. No pets, non-smoker and no drugs. ( Room lightly furnished)

The monthly rent is $750 which Includes high-speed wireless internet, cable and electric.
The apartment is located one block away from the beach and minutes from the world famous Coney Island Amusement Park. It is close to transportation (trains N, D, F and Q) and (buses 74 and 36)
The ideal candidate should have proof of income and full time employment.
