Belt Pkwy on the same block, parking in lot close to the building. 4 blocks from Coney Island Hospital. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub/rainfall/regular removable shower head. Spa in apt. so can have immediate access to services* Stainless steel refrigerator/freezer/double oven stove. Can purchase internet/cable tv/house phone separately in addition to the rent. Parking spot also available for rent. Security price is for security deposit & last month. Security & 1st month due at agreed upon move in date. Rent late fees are $100 a month.
