I have a space for a single person in the crown heights area that may be of interest
To you...it's located in the crown heights area on lincoln place between utica and Rochester, less than a 3 minute walk from the utica ave stop on the 3, 4 train lines, the 46 bus is right at the end of the block.....well lit...the cost is 900/mo and includes your own bathroom, use of washer/dryer/dishwasher and utilities (includes wifi).....you're only extra expense would be for seperate cable box if you chose to have it in your room....if interested let me know...no pets...no smokers preferred. would need 1st, last, security......I don't communicate outside of this site so please don't give me your email, phone unless asked explicitly.....
