We are two mid twenties ladies.. looking for a male roommate down for a no nonsense kind of living situation.
A little about ourselves. . .
One roommate: Going to grad school full time, and working as a substitute teacher. Getting her masters at LIU BK. Likes to come home & cook, listen to music and call it a day.
Your other roommate: Works full time at a retail design firm. I work about 60 hours a week so you will rarely see me. I lived with your other potential roommate for a year and she makes guacamole atleast 4 times a week.. im not even kidding.
Big living room, all newly renovated, roof access, laundry/bike spot in the building.
Just looking for another roommate to seal the deal.
